Manning and Meyers is very pleased to welcome Lance Erickson to the firm as an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy and Collections Practice Groups.
Mr. Erickson has been a member of the Texas State Bar since May 2010. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Sciences degree from Brigham Young University in 2005 and played for the BYU football team. Mr. Erickson received his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2010. Out of law school, Mr. Erickson worked for Allmand & Lee where he represented more than 700 individuals and small businesses seeking bankruptcy protection in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Mr. Erickson was most recently employed at a national real estate firm representing major financial institutions and mortgage servicers in Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and other civil matters.
At Manning & Meyers, Mr. Erickson will represent homeowners associations and condominiums in all aspects of collections and bankruptcy matters in state and federal courts.
